Complete overhaul of main engine MAN 6L32 including bearing replacement, piston group revision and post-repair sea trial. All work must comply with MAN OEM standards. DNV GL certification required. The scope of work includes full disassembly of the main engine, inspection of all bearings, crankshaft, camshaft and cylinder liners. All worn components will be replaced with genuine MAN spare parts sourced directly from authorized distributors. Fuel injectors will be bench-tested and reconditioned or replaced as required. Sea trial will be conducted upon completion with full performance data recorded. We will provide a detailed work completion report including photographic documentation of all replaced components. Our engineers have Class Society approval from DNV, Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas. Preferred mobilization within 5 days of contract signing. Vessel will be at Tuzla anchorage during the entire repair period.

Retrofit and commissioning of ballast water treatment system on board. IMO approved system required.

Supply and installation of navigation equipment including ECDIS update, radar calibration and AIS configuration.

Inspection and repair of cargo pump system. Full dismantling and overhaul expected.

Full overhaul of main air compressor including valve replacement and pressure testing.

Complete overhaul of Alfa Laval FOPX 613 fuel oil purifier including bowl strip-down, wear parts replacement and dynamic balancing. Vessel at Constanta anchorage. Contractor to supply parts. No class attendance required.

Inspection and repair of two 25t deck cranes including wire rope replacement, sheave block overhaul, hydraulic system check and annual load test to DNV GL requirements. Full inspection report and load test certificate required for Class renewal.

Preventive maintenance of main 690V switchboard including insulation resistance testing, protection relay calibration, busbar torque check and arc flash risk assessment. ABB or OEM-trained technicians required. Class attendance mandatory.

Annual inspection and load test of two lifeboat davit systems in compliance with SOLAS and MSC.1/Circ.1206/Rev.1. SOLAS approved service station required. On-load release mechanism test and full documentation for Port State Control inspection.

Annual functional test of ship fire detection and alarm system covering all zones. Detector sensitivity tests, panel self-diagnostic check and battery backup verification. Defect report and Class certificate required.

Replacement of main rudder bearing and rudder carrier bearing without dry-docking. Commercial diving support required. Bearings to be supplied by contractor. DNV GL class attendance mandatory.

Annual inspection of port and starboard anchor chains including visual examination, diameter measurement at wear points and comparison with chain register. Class attendance required. Full photographic evidence required.

Supply and installation of hybrid open/closed loop exhaust gas cleaning system on MAN B&W 6S50MC-C main engine. Full IMO MEPC documentation and IOPP certificate update required. System design, fabrication, installation and commissioning by contractor.
